Position Overview & Specifications
We are looking for a Lead Programmer on behalf of a successful multi-franchise studio to join the development team on one of its most recent franchises, a global sports franchise.
WHO IS THIS JOB FOR?This job is for someone who enjoys all aspects of leading a team, from assisting in the development of the team and its engineers to ensuring the team is equipped to succeed.
- You will be a people-focused manager that also enjoys collaborating with other teams and working towards a common goal.
This is a hands-off role where you will be working closely with the team, a hands-on Technical Lead and other Lead Programmers to build off the success of the franchise’s first iteration and ensure future success for the team.
- You will be playing a leading role in ensuring that the team build a game experience that is thrilling to players.
As well as getting to work with teams who have built some beloved franchises away from sports as well as this sports franchise, you will also be able to be part of something that is growing all whilst being remote.
